- Participate in Your Initial Consultation

In this consultation, together, we will uncover your problems, pains and fears and develop a plan to walk you through your life with ease. Constitutional hydrotherapy is optional upon first visit and can be intuitively worked into your session with mutual agreement.

- Commit to Your Journey

This is where it all begins. Once we’ve discussed and decided on the best way to move forward together, it will be up to you to wholeheartedly commit to your journey. I will be there to guide and support you along the way, facilitate and help process breakthroughs, and consistently and gently push you towards your own self progression and into your highest self.
